Unlike 95% of the company formation agents (Agent) in Hong Kong, who outsource the accounting, auditing and taxation job to external service providers (third parties), we maintain our high level of service quality by not outsourcing any of our core business service to external providers.

Why better service but less expensive service fee?

We believe serving our clients with our in house professionals is always the best and most efficient way to solve clients issues.

Outsourcing core services to external service providers is a common practice in Hong Kong incorporation service industry, but such arrangement often leads to miscommunication between different layers of parties, higher chance of mistakes identified and longer service completion time.

Outsourcing professional services results in higher costs that are ultimately borne by clients, as both the Agents and external provider add their respective profit margins. Based on our experience, Agents typically charge clients 30% to 200% more for similar types of services compared to what our company would charge.
